Best Buy...55" TV wont turn on - Phillips

I bought a 55" HDTV in January of 2013 at BEST Buy in Findlay, OH , also bought the 2 year service warrany through geek squad . On Aug 8th I called Best Buy in Findlay, OH, and told them I lost all my receipts and they looked it up for me and gave me the phone # to call for repairs. I called the # and on Mon. August 12 an older gentlemen in a black Tahoe pulled up (I expected a Geek Squad vehicle). He only was in my house for @ 2 min and said he needed to take my TV for service..which would be in Fort Wayne IN!!! He told me he needed help carrying the TV to his vehicle. He then told me we needed to turn it upside down and he slid it in between the front seat and the back seat!!! Not secured at all!! I then asked him what happens if my TV gets damaged...He said "it Won't"!!! I took pictures of his license plate and of him in his vehicle.....it just did not seem right or professional by any means. Then the next day I received a call from a women with a foreign accent (ive been told that she is this mans wife) and she told me I need to call the manufacturer (Phillips) to get an authorization # ....I was so confused as to why I needed to do anything!!!....but I called Phillips and he said that my TV should have never left my premises!!! ....it is going on day 17 that the man in the Tahoe took my TV and I have not heard 1 word from him!! I have called the Best Buy in Findlay, Oh and I spoke with a Tina, quite a few times, she has been as helpful and friendly as she can but still nothing has been resolved!! .....soooooo frustrated and confused!!!
