Defective cell phone sent for replacement under protection plan - Samsung Galaxy s6 Verizone

Lost the replacement phone due was sent to Verizon Warehouse vs Geek Squad warehouse due to misinformed by various customer service reps and was given wrong label. No way to retrieve phone and it was defective anyway yet got charged $265 for a non returned item. Spent over a month dealing with this and hours on the calls to customer service. I received at least 1/2 credit from Verizon Customer Relation but absolutely nothing from Geek Squad I think this is awful. They do not care about their customer only the money they get. I cancelled protection plan and will never sit foot in a Best Buy ever again.
