Geek Squad Best Buy Deception - Toshiba desktop

I brought my "covered" desktop in to the Best Buy in Niles, IL, yesterday. The Geek Squad representative told me that the repair was not covered, and it would cost me $200 to remove the virus. There is nothing in any email or renewal notice that I've received from Geek Squad to indicate that the repair is not covered, and everything I've received suggests that it is. After much aggravation, the bottom line is that Best Buy doesn't want my business anymore. I've purchased several computers at Best Buy, many phones, many many accessories, etc. But this experience made me feel so stupid for spending my money there. Never again. I'll never buy anything more from Best Buy. Even though I'm planning to purchase two new laptops over the next two months. I'd rather pay a premium than be lied to again.
