Geek Squad computer NOT the 24/7 deal they charge for

I bought a one year plan for GeekSquad in December 2013. It is March 2014 so I am covered with the wonderful feeling that I can have technical assistance 24/7 right? Wrong! Because: 1) it's Saturday night and therefore the store is closed 2) Online? Ha! The computer does NOT work! 3) By Telephone? Good luck trying to get a human and after half an hour of waiting all I got is "transferred " to a technical department for another half hour of stupid music and then cut off!! And finally 4) Their "for members only $50" schedule a home visit" .".again the same phone number' same stupid music sprinkled with "your call is important to us........bovine feces.o
