On approximately July 14, 2010, I unfortunately contacted Geek Squad onlnine to repair my computer. Since that time I have been charged $19.99 per month on my credit card for no reason. I have called and spent several hours on the phone with Geek Squad personnel with promises that the matter will be cleared up to no avail. They have looked back through my records and have told me that I did not order any other services or agree to any additional payments and should not be charged anything else. They have even told me that they cannot locate anywhere that I am being charged $19.99, but I continue to have the charge on my credit card each month. I furnished this credit card for the online repairs only. Any other offers I emphatically turned down and their personnel agree with me on this matter. They do not have an explanation for the charges, but they continue each month. I have contacted my credit card company for assistance also. I will never use Geek Squad again or Best Buy. I honestly believe that they are deliverately ripping me off and probably do this to many other individuals also. There is no reason that this has continued for six months.
They don't care that this has happened. I wonder how many more people are in this same situation. I need any advise or assistance to get this matter resolved. Help!

Please check into this for me. I found a copy of the Geek Squad notes from 7-15-10 (when this nightmare began) and have an LMI ID of 62338357 and S2ID - GSR - 5879698. This should make it even easier to check into this matter.

Please let me know the progress you are making regarding this error.
