Horrible, taking Forever


I took my 4yr old HP laptop to Geek Squad at Best Buy, because my LCD screen went dead. I had the warranty on it, so they said it would take about 2weeks to ship it, get it fixed, and ship it back. I also paid $99 for the back-up cds just in case anything happened. When I finally picked up my laptop, and took it home; it turned on, but after I typed in my password, it would just keep loading and loading. I took it back in a few days later because of not having time to do it earlier. They ended up telling me they would have to do tests on it, and said I would need to purchase more backup cds for $99. I told them I just purchased them last week, and that I shouldn't have to pay the additional $99. Apparently I was supposed to receive the cd's after my laptop was returned to me. I refused to pay the extra $99, to which they said was fine. They told me they would run tests and call me in a few days. After a week passed with no calls, I finally decided to drop by. They said my Laptop was infected with over 1000 viruses. I'm not too sure how that happened because it was perfectly fine before they took it to get my screen fixed. Now they're telling me I need to pay for their Tech Service, and get the original restoration cds. I told them just to fix it and that I would come in and pay the charges when it was fixed. I received a phone call 3days later stating they needed my permission to continue and fix the laptop. I freaking gave them the permission 3days ago! They said that I now gave them permission I would receive a call by Friday, at the latest so I could pick it up. It is now Monday and I still have not heard anything. I just want my laptop please! This is taking too long, and I have things for school on there that I need.
