Best Buy/Geek Squad The Ultimate Scammers who have no idea what they are doing! - MAC laptop

Bought my MAC at Best Buy 8/13 and have had problems ever since. They had to replace the first one as it was damaged. They are not 'MAC certified' and have no idea what they are doing. This most recent experience was last weekend on the phone (mostly on hold and waiting) between Saturday and Sunday. Then taking it in to my local BB for a 'Hard Drive Diagnostic' where they claimed they fixed the problem. They claimed to have found a couple of viruses and got rid of them. But tonight the same problems persisted. The computer just shuts down on its own, can't delete emails (continual beach ball) and then can't turn off the computer. Don't get scammed. Best Buy/ Geek Squad have no idea what they are doing.
