Best Buy allows the geek squad to lie and steal money from the best buy elite customers by allowing them to lie and say they guarantee to fix their electronics. Charged $205. and nothing had changed. My sisters laptop is exactly the same as it was when she took it to them for repair. Now best buy only wants to give back $130. as an Instore credit and keep $75. Saying its a Fee for the work the geek squad said they done to this laptop, in fact nothing was done to it. If best buys wants crooks working for them they will be out of business because, I and a lot of people I've taked to are no longer going to shop and spend money at Best Buy Stores.. Please spread the word about Best Buy they don't seem to care about their customers, they allow the geek Squad to abuse their customers that come to them for help.
