HP Pavilion Laptop - HP Pavilion laptop
I bought this laptop not even a year ago. I have only used it four times and it had a bunch of Viruses, Spyware, and Malware on it, downloaded apps that I never approved, etc. Anyways I brought it in, told them everything, they said yep we'll fix it for you. They called, I went in paid $289.00 for it!, then they said YOU downloaded all of that. Even thought I didn't download anything, anyways I got home, turned it on and then used it for 1 minute yes 60 seconds. Then all the ads and malware crap was back on it, well I definitely didn't download anything!, and Obviously Geek Squad did nothing. Because everything that was wrong was happening again, I'm going to go back in, and they can definitely expect me asking for a refund. DON'T GO TO GEEK SQUAD!!!
